Absolutely no explanation as to which this 'entity' is/was OR what details surround it going into external administration in the first place ! Could it be the case that he (Sholom) already had shares held by that entity pre-administration and in order to recover them he had to make a deal to pull it out of administration as well as add more shares which were assigned to it/him on 23 March 2021, at no cost. That (23 Mar '21) figure translates to 4,222,825 shares (new consol shares 168,913 x 25) and I can't see where they came from either. Notification of this issue is almost a year out of date and the ASX are allowing them to release this now ! ASX should be running it by ASIC whom in turn should be asking for a proper disclosure of full details about this so-called-unnamed-entity and the circumstances surrounding it's 'external administration' as well as how it has been taken out of administration (together with those details) and returned to Sholom to resume control of it ! It's like a total free-for-all there !

Here's some interesting food for thought. There are 2 companies named L'Hayyim Pty Ltd that come up when carrying out a company Search. The first was de-registered 9 January 2021 & a second (with the same name ) was incorporated on 23 March 2021 - familiar date hey? But these updates occurred without 'any change in registered holder '.. Scrutiny of releases is prudent.
