Akki - I have heard of pricing off 5 day, 10 day and 20 day VWAPs and all of those are under 4.5c and 2 are 4c so it is a good deal for existing shareholders regardless. I was once involved in something like this (Total was only $1m) and it was done off a spot price and there was a couple of days delay as the paper work was done not a month.
As for who bought it - the name is in the document - 1 buyer but it's a company and trust so most likely we will never know but it's not a broker to be split as far as I can see - never seen a broker use a structure like that.
