    Tulainyo is on the Sites Anticline (a very large N-S surface feature shown in yellow on the QA map). The outcropping rock is the Mid Cretaceous shale which is stratigraphically just above the Boxer, so yes the Boxer should be shallower than 5000 feet. Published papers on the Sites Anticline conclude the structure happened when the Coastal Mountains were formed 5 to 1 million years ago.
