Guys, is my interpretaion correct here . The poor results by Licella ( 30%+) yields were using water as the fluid rather than other fluids that were previously used and achieving 70%+ yields. But it seems(?) this final test 4 was using fresh rock from drill cores rather than outcrop as used previously in tests. So to me that means two variables have been changed in this test 4... the fluid and the source rock. It seems some posters are interpreting the test 4 is a dud insofar as fresh rock is not delivering the goods. But the fluid was changed at the same time, so we dont know whether the fresh rock is the issue or is it the fluid that was used. To establish this would it be right to assume that fresh rock will be tested again with a change in the fluid ( as used previously on outcrop rock). That is, not using water. One poster has suggested that fresh rock and outcrop rock will still hold the same hydrocarbon quantities so if thats the case then surely we should be testing the fresh rock again but not using water as the fluid. Or is my summation here totally off-beam and the share price fall is an over-reaction. Is it, as I'm thinking, just a case of a test having been done in which 2 variables have been simultaneously changed and we dont know which is the cause of the issue ( the low % yield). Even in chemistry classes 101 the golden rule on methodical testing is never change 2 or more variables at the same time otherwise you have no f-xxx-ing idea of what the results mean
