but given its 4.9c offered I can only guess Neil's network is not taking an oversized swipe at $1.9m
maybe they take some shortfall but they are apparently not champing at the bit
there will be a big shortfall for sure. I suspect GRV are negotiating for an offtaker style cornerstone.
and its not too hard to take that a step further and figure insiders shortfall support might depend on how those conversations evolve.
