Hmmm ..... Georgina, Alpha and Geothermal all had/have potentially good numbers albeit years away. Where is the SP?
Achievability is determined by many things, not least of all management. If the potential of a project/projects is not communicated to investors and/or management decisions are seemingly ad hoc or on the run, even a potentially good project will fail.
