    re: Ann: Share Placement Agreement and Proces... Good point, Jake. It does specify however that consent is required "in prescribed cases" only. I suspect that, in agreeing to those cases (whatever they are), LNG would have determined that they were reasonable. I doubt that they would have agreed to something that would be too constraining.
