You are correct on your first statement, your second you don’t know that, that is your opinion,
but it is likely.
As far as up front payment I very much doubt we will receive anything ( if cash is a part of the deal ) on a heads of term contract, which we have clearly been advised is all this will be this quarter whilst the fully binding agreement is worked and signed off in December ( as clearly advised in the update)
A heads of term is a provisory non binding make up of the intended coming binding agreement which is being fully legalised and ratified.
Handing over of Cash components are not normally a part of a heads of term non binding agreement..even if it is a part of the fully binding legalised one.
