"During this period the Company will conduct due diligence investigations, review a potential gold asset vend and consider potential funding options".

I take this as meaning gbz is buying. I might have thought we'd be selling some non core assets and developing what we already have. Rather it seems the company is doubling down and considering buying another asset. By gosh I hope its a mine or something with a mining approval in place and NOT another exploration asset.

The company needs an income stream outside of capital raises and placements.

BTW - The new board member appears to have a decent CV.
