Its been a disappointing few months but this is big news and a major step towards getting ENC built.
Im not worried about about the dilution and giving a massive chunk of shares to PT united. This was necessary, a partner was needed for the massive project and the calibre of the partner onboard speaks volumes for NIC.
Lets see if the price can reach 1.10 and go beyond. There should be plenty of news coming in the next few months.
