This looks good to me, we have some Indonesian involvement which is great politically. There has been some big doubts ( in my mind ) about funding for the next leg of the production pipeline, especially since NPI prices, net margins and the availability of reasonable debt funding have been under pressure. I also like the fact that some form of dividend will probably remain in place. ( its not huge but it helps fund any investment loans people have ) At some stage a big player who has fallen behind in the ev race will buy their way in at some stage, if not happy to have this long term as a cash cow. The funny thing is that these guys love doing deals so who knows what we will get our hands on next.
