We wanted something like 16c, not 14c.
They needed money, it was coming, but the timing was brutal. We would be well into the 20's, now I'm waiting for 14c or below.... awesome!!
This practice of SPP's at a low price mostly end up with a SP that goes below the offer price by the time people are deciding weather to take it up. I believe it will be different here, but I generally believe that will be different, and never is.
