These announcements today and the associated capital raising have flipped everything. You do not need to be experienced to acknowledge or understand what is happening here..

There was absolutely no need to raise capital now - the company did late last year. Plenty of money is already in the tank.

The capital raising price flies in the face of the VWAP, most recent share price and what would have been without a capital raise. 30 cents was well and truly on the table this week without a capital raise. The trajectory was set and accelerating.

The company has blown it's trust in long termers and current significant shareholders. I was not even approached for the capital raise. The pigs and top end of town are lining their pockets with easy cash.

I still have significant coin and options in this company. My mind and heart used to be aligned with my investment in CXM. My mind is now telling me one thing and my heart is telling me another,

The stewardship here - as per the announcements today - is disrespectful, poor and misplaced. These announcements are not in my interests as a shareholder.

No way would it have reached 30c with 2 qtrs left of cash as stated today in the 5B
