Unfortunately there has been no real interest in the oppies for a while now. In a few months time perhaps things could pick up a bit though, if there is any particularly good news for us on the horizon.We can only hope.
In the meanwhile it's that time of the year again and some oppies may start to get dumped for taxation purposes. The taxation witching hour is fast approaching us and some of us will be looking to offset our capital gains by whatever means at our disposal. Buyers however are thin on the ground, so some may miss that particular boat and be unable to write off their oppies as a tax loss for this financial year.
It's both an exciting and a nervous time for holders.
