    Now why would a sophisticated investor pay 3 cents for shares when they are trading at 2.1 cents? That person clearly thinks there is a lot more upside than 3 cents. A clue might be present in this mornings announcement regarding an impending JV with 4th Screen Advertising, the UK's largest mobile advertising company.
