for property management (i.e. lease), AO1 has been trying to do this part for more than 3 years from my memory, and as of today, correct me if I am wrong, no one has paid a single cent. whatever its IP is, it would have been outdated or unmarketable, if otherwise, the board full of real estate agents would have snapped the opportunity like how they sell properties to buyers.... secondly, the rental market works fine currently, in particular, the application part.

for property buying/selling part, the whole business of the real estate is about inspiration, never about reality, so that is the end of the story I think.
