well non holders can watch and take the chances of no news dropping before all those shares are listed(doubtful) or they can buy some now and wait
while holders could sell now and take their chances no news drops and try to get in a pip or two lower(risky and pretty pointless unless you're really desperate) or they can hold and wait for more news and participate in the SPP if they wish
The MC is still small(even with new shares that will be issued) considering the potential and the expected news flow from here
In relation to the day traders gambling for lunch money well I just dont care about a few pip movements, I've got a good avg. and I'll patiently wait to see if IXR can reach full potential which will be multiple bags from here
