What's everyone's thoughts on resolution 2 that's up for a vote at the AGM, management want a extra 10%
on top of the 15% they already get for placement of shares without shareholder approval.
my thoughts are that 15% is enough to start with and if they need more then they could tell us what's its for and ask shareholders for approval, other wise shareholders could potentially get hit with a 25% increase in share dilution without notice.
