I understand that a lot of you are disgruntled former shareholders, but I really think its time to move on. Although this may have been done to deflect a potential take over, CDB has raised capital which is a good thing. The fact that people are willing to invest this money shows a sign of confidence. All we need now is a project to vend in and away it goes.
2.2. Million shares for Due Diligence is nothing. The company is most probably looking to assess a new project and is just checking it off.
Now go and find a hobby!!! (other than down ramping HC).
