    It seems the current tech, business model and direction of the company have been proven. Placement to Payroc for the most part, with minimal on offer to retail holders. This is actually a good thing, as it signals those with far more knowledge than retail holders have been interested in coming onboard. Minimal dilution and gives a far greater degree of confidence in this investment going foward.
