Hilarious, it seems Hamish has caught on the fact everyone knows the placement funds will not be used for the capital works of smelter but only for working capital purposes. ie payment of wages and operational invoices probably overdue.

Originally in previous announcement the money was meant to be for working capital purposes and NOT advancing smelter. Maybe they have allocated $1 to the smelter so they can write it up in the announcement.
