re: Ann: Share placement over-subscribed and ... Lets also not forget that, at the time that they did the 30c capital raising in 2006, there was a severe market and if I recall correctly commodity price correction. Everything got smashed from their highs, including PNA.
They went in to a trading halt in the high 40's and could only manage to get demand for the capital raising in a terrible market at 30c.
It was not simply a matter of the capital raising resulting in a fall in the price, market factors also impacted the price movements.
As a company, PNA has come a long way since then. While the current share price may not reflect it, when the market turns I think it will.
