Veritas have worked closely with Richmond over the last year so if they are advising their clients to buy more shares, they must be confident of funding being secured either through Hebei or another source.

I wasnt expecting much movement until further news on funding is released anyway but i dont think we will move too far in either direction until the capital raising is completed as many holders will try and sell some shares to cover the funds needed for the share purchase plan.
