This makes me feel confident as making a placement at this time makes me think the deal is very close. It is usual practice to make a placement prior to an increase in the share price, so holders benefit.
Having said that, I anticipate that the outcome of the due diligence will require a "board" approval by the Major and that there will be a delay involved. I am not expecting an answer in February.
