that too was my previous view on a potential pre deal cr, but since the dec qrtly im a little more receptive to it (though still would have preferred otherwise).

with cash down to 1.6m (which is ~0.5m lower than anticipated based on the sep qrtly - im interested in where that went, possibly some of the long lead items?), and the sp now having sustained 0.20 for a bit, it was a prudent move for a small cr (under 6%) given that it was only at a ~5% discount to last trade and at the same price as last years spp.

this will hopefully project a stronger hand in negotiations and eliminate the risk of a heavily dilutive cr at rock bottom prices if the deal drags on or falls through.
