So it's only really around a 14% dilution, give or take a bit. I guess in which case there's more positives then negative... Now there's much needed cash to continue moving along with significant operations which will advance the project along, as well as demonstrating de-risking in the sense that we have the capacity to raise money when needed and that significant shareholders are willing to put there money in so thats a sign of faith.
