    Quick question regarding the placement, not sure if I missed, but are holders from the above mentioned date allowed to buy up to $15,000 in new stock at 7.0 cents at a 1:1 rate. So effectively could sell now at 8.4 and re buy all holdings of say $15,000 at 7.0?
