    You left out:

    Pulling every lever to pretend they have revenue (eg trumpeting r&d rebates, cogs pass throughs etc).

    Trumpeting 'addressable markets' via IQVIA data, whilst being quiet about rebates& chargebacks.

    Making announcements about partnerships, to keep the hopium going, even if the partner is on the verge of bankruptcy.


    I wonder to what extent ASIC would consider Acrux to be engaging in misleading or deceptive recepresentations?...
