    Funding secured at $0.08 per share(!), a significant premium to to the previous closing price ...and to an impressive cornerstone investor, IPV Capital.

    None of those shares will be loose, and we're funded for at least the next 18 months.

    Another box ticked with alacrity for SHO's aggressive community-based growth strategy.
