So the way I see we increased debt last half and made 20millUS net profit but needed working capital. We have approx 200millIUS in credit for a power bill we have prepaid that we need to use up. This can only done by the proposed expansion which will require more debt to fund. Given OMHs inability to pay back debt and the need to fund debt I feel more money may be raised at this price ....no wonder new institutional investors are not rushing in.
