Why does this make sense??
the return on investment for the heat recycling project should be very good.
why wouldnt they build this as soon as possible? If the energy generated gets stored in inventory. So what? Its free electricity for the future.
Why in gods name would they wait till the electricity in inventory is finished before constructing the heat recycling plant??????
