refer to what happen btwn CMSB and SESCO on PPA (power purchase agreement) dispute, on the unused eletricity by MPA (Malaysia Phosphates Addictive, now know as Cahya Mata Phosphates Industries) Sarawak, due to late commissioning.
not sure OMH financial or quarterly production report got mention about their PPA mechanism and which categories in financial that they park on the unused eletricity.
i believe simple mechanism would be "use it or pay it", which mean if OMH had plan 16 furnace in annual production when they sign the PPA for contract period, charge or tariff are fixed whether u use it or not, with their long maintainance schedule or not fully operational furnace, its could actually induced money losses that is not reported in standard financial report
