The actual shit thing is that the share price has been pushed to these levels to broker this deal at a cheap price. This deal conversation has been known about for some time I'm guessing and the price bargained. From now the price does what??? Not until JFE owns 5% do they need to report their transaction. Company is quality but if you can bully the SP to negotiate these deals where does it stop.
