I do note in 2015 and 2016 smelter was also operating under capacity.
i believe it was the same in 2017 as it ramped up.
so theres unused electricity in inventory from those periods as well.
150mil usd wouldnt be a long shot i suspect. If the last 4 years has an excess of 100mil usd.
