Some amendments to the elkem numbers.
they use about 740mws, so twice the size of omh.
however its unlikely that they r as cost competitive, as the smelters r spread out in various locations. I believe norway has the cheapest power.
most of the rest r under 50 euros per mw. Dont think they r getting 3.2cents per kwh usd.
product also has some differences. However energy cost is a large cost component.
