Ann: Share Placement to Raise $3.45M to Expand into Blockchain SE, page-397

I am no expert but i then yesterday in the first 30 mins this happened...it opened up to 4.3 and then it looked like someone or a group was throwing everything at buyer until it settled at 3.8
Not sure what the intention is...but this trend/action is curbing the enthusiasm of this stock.
IMO : something is not right the core group were caught unprepared with SP reaction with the initial Ann.
These are the times where i question the honour system in stock trading.
Again it is just my observation and may or may not be accurate.
