TGM's May 2018 subscription agreement: Fineway Creation Ltd subscribed for $5,000,000 worth of shares. TGM's November 2018 agreement: Fineway and Zenith (H.K.) Holding Ltd subscibed for a another combined $6,000,000 worth of shares. Both transactions took place at post consolidation

our director Mr.Brett Tang is a director and shareholder of that Tasman Funds as partly through conversion of a convertible note + interest totalling A$2,263,000 (see co's financial report of 31-12-18).
So, why do you think, our CFO, our director Mr.Tang and other directors, who recently bought shares on open market,
would have no skin in the game, if they would not trust themselves !And finally the newest ann 23-07-19 says, that TGM hasentered into subscription agreements with
specialist global resource investors (which I claim a sophisticated investor) for the placement ofshares at $0.15 per share to raise a total of $8,000,000.
The raisewill also contribute to environmental related work, including environmental bond obligations
for a number of newly granted Mining Rights as well as for general working capital.
Aha, newly granted Mining Rights, so you can observe, that these directors do not sit on their hands and work for their lifestyle, as many others do.
