just as my friend went to a bank to try to borrow $750,000 - they said no - we will lend you $1.2mil - this was just before the sub-prime thingy .... .... friend is now in trouble financially and cannot sell much as the bank insisted on a document for friend to agree to, encapsulate all the properties together .....
... failure and the bank gets the lot .... ..... .....
