CP - I suspect the vibe will be very "up-beat" and that there will be little chance of any heckling from supporters of the previous Chairman! The DR has definitely delivered in the very short period of time that he has been at the helm! It's sort of amazing what the DR has been able to do with the company's assets - coming at it with all shareholder's interests foremost in his mind - unlike the previous Chairman who's MO seemed somewhat more based on running the company on behalf of himself and his board! (I believe he is continuing his MO at ASX:MXO currently!).
