Iron Road raises $8.1m in placement

Sydney - Thursday - December 2: (RWE Aust Business News) - Iron
Road (ASX:IRD) has placed 14.8 million shares at 5.5c each to exisiting
institutional investors, raising $8.1 million.
Funds will be used to advance the Central Eyre iron project and
allow for completion of the pre-feasibility study by March 2011.
