It was my impression from RC's talk at the EGM in Perth (July 2012) that he was saying there would be no more Capital Raisings directed to the shareholder base. I know some have interpreted as no CRs at all, but that's not how I saw it. My take on this is that this placement is all part of what he thinks as OPM - Other People's Money" - although the main thrust of that is farm ins such as we have with Total.

Now I'm not suggesting this is either good or bad, just saying that it's my understanding that it stands with his original stated intentions.
