    No wonder Cottee consolidated, IMO, not for stated reasons but could be to give more room to fall because of projected long term, slow motion development of this company, and still look a bit respectful.
    Don't know why the company isn't being lowly regarded by other O&G companies that are aware of the CTP story, as well as its own shareholders.
