Hi Lateral, in my case it wasn't so much a case of forgetting about it but more that I didn't understand the bloody thing at the time - the penny only dropped for me once I reread Zen's post in the context of the sale that just happened. So obviously I'm not the smartest guy in the room, but then again neither were the Acuity guys when they signed the agreement

PS as @Poet pointed out this is Ross's "war chest" - the company shouldn't need to do any more diluting share issues to raise capital before March 2018 - it can just exercise its "option" to sell more already issued shares to Acuity up to a total of the remaining balance of $2.75m.
