just thought i should follow up on this
on further inquiry
1. yes these shares were the Res 5 issue
2. no they are not related to the loan facility, they are definitely Al Hadeetha looking to get more exposure to the project
3. no there wont be any more shares issued under this facility.
so an Omani investment company has paid at premium for a 5% slice of the company based on this one project. anecdotal evidence is that there is nothing untoward about the time lag here on the official approval, it is just part of due process, and there are no hidden clauses or requirements to be fulfilled.
i think it could just be things slowing down a bit for EOY holidays? seems to happen every year from memory.
