so an Omani investment company has paid at premium for a 5% slice of the company based on this one project. anecdotal evidence is that there is nothing untoward about the time lag here on the official approval, it is just part of due process, and there are no hidden clauses or requirements to be fulfilled.

i think it could just be things slowing down a bit for EOY holidays? seems to happen every year from memory.

thks Mowers, so dilution has been minimised vs the extent possible according to R5, which is a nice little bonus for SHers I suppose.

Do you think based on your discussions that we will see ML before EOY ?
