Direct peer comparison is by far the best valuation technique. However many comparisons companies need to be examined.
DCF is an extremely poor techique. There are too many variables and time periods.
There are only few times DCF are suitably used and certainly not early or mid stages.
Very welcome to provide more peer comparisons and for one add meaningful info to the HC discussion - rather than constant waffle that has filled the KFE threads over the past 4 months.
