I think that it is unfortunate that Pnn had to use a small CR at a discount price. However, it looks like lithium miners cannot get access to finance due to the unproven market uptake of electric vehicles. If Pnn were an oil company and had a $700 million USD resource they would get the funding right away as the oil industry is much better understood from a bank funding risk perspective. If the pnn share price goes to 1c the company will be rediculously undervalued and could be a takeover target for one of the larger lithium miners.
