Mmm you haven't been around long enough then 
One mining junior issued 62.5 billion in stock in a single go (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-125m-recapitalisation-to-fund-baralaba-expansion-project.2451772/). So it's not the first, nor will it be the last time a junior has heavy dilution...
It's something everyone has to be aware of when investing in this end of the market unfortunately.
Also, the 2.2million warrants need to be accounted for also, they are essentially equal to shares.
