    I haven't been around as long as you but I did buy some of my shares well above the mates rates price in this insider round.

    Maybe they will argue that it is rushed raising, in anticipation of a DEG CR. But the SP will drop back unless the DEG results are really good.

    Anyway, I've sent them an email, which they will throw in the bin, no doubt.
