They still have the 10% SH approved placement to go, thought they would have undertaken the full 25% placement , but just enough cash from this one to keep the staff paid and cover the travel and entertainment expenses
125m dilution is still a hit for SH with get no real return on the money raised , as the only ones who will benefit are those getting the shares at a discount
